All systems we install DO NOT depend on WiFi. So, rest assured that you won’t be dealing with unreliable connections.

If you lose power, your home (as it would if it wasn’t smart) will be unresponsive. If you have devices like automated door locks, there are manual overrides to balance this out, so you won’t be locked out.

Smart Homes are not exclusively for tech savvy people. Everyone can benefit from having one, from families to people with disabilities & elderly people who have never touched a computer in their life.

You don’t need to be Tech Savvy- All programming behind the scenes will initially be completed by us, then any adjustments can either be done by you using the extremely easy & intuitive Loxone app OR we can remotely change things for you without needing to visit your property.

Take a phone for example.. You CAN do extraordinary things with it, building websites, creating applications and graphic design work, but you can also simply use it to call & text people.

• Intelligent heating controls to save energy waste- heating & cooling is typically the biggest cost in any household or building. We’ve all likely been in the dilemma of wanting fresh air but not wanting to waste the the heat our central heating has produced.. with an intelligent heating system you can have windows & doors linked to the system. Meaning you are free to open all the windows you like, knowing your heating will be optimised & efficient throughout. Without the need for external Apps or manual control.

• Smart heating can self-regulate based on the difference between the inside & outside temperatures & take appropriate action.
